How do I schedule a session without creating a profile in Jane?
To schedule a session, or a consultation call without creating a profile in Jane, you can email us at admin@safespacewellness.ca or complete the contact us button to send us a quick message and we will get back to you within 24 hours to book in a consultation call or session.
Can you directly bill to my insurance company?
Safe Space Wellness is in the process of getting registered with various insurance companies to directly bill to them, however that is not an available option to us yet.
Do my insurance benefits cover a session?
Every company provides a different amount to cover for counsellors. You will have to check your benefits to see how many sessions we can schedule in a year. However, most insurance companies recognize RCC’s and will cover the cost of our sessions in your extended benefits.
Can I pay by e-transfer or Cash?
Since Safe Space Wellness offers sessions only online or telephonically, we unfortunately cannot accept cash as a method of payment. However, we do accept e-transfers as well as credit card payments.
